Aqua Bliss Colonics has established clear expiration and redemption policies to promote fair scheduling, consistent availability, and exceptional care for all. This approach ensures that clients receive optimal results by scheduling colonics in closer succession, as we strive to provide the best service possible.

SERVICES POLICY

Our services are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

We operate by appointment only and are typically unable to accept walk-ins. Our online scheduling requires a 24-hour notice for appointments. While same-day appointments are generally not possible, feel free to text or call to check for any last-minute openings. All appointments are secured with a credit card.

PUNCTUALITY POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot fully accommodate late clients. If you arrive late, you will still responsible for the full payment, even if your session must be shortened or rescheduled. Please allow extra time for potential traffic delays.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment due at the time services are rendered unless sessions are pre-purchased. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Payments via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App are accepted. Additionally, we offer Affirm for payment plans. Please note that we do not accept checks.

INSURANCE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not accept any insurance, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards. However, appointments cannot be held with an HSA or FSA card; another card must be used to secure the appointment, with HSA or FSA used for payment after the service.

PACKAGES POLICY

Package sessions are discounted bundles designed for regular use. Expiration timelines are as follows 2 sessions = 2 months, 3 sessions = 3 months 6 sessions = 6 months, 9 sessions = months, 12 sessions = 12 months. As a courtesy, expired packages may be redeemed within 30 days at 50% off the current rate. After 30 days, all unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, transferred, or credited toward future services. All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS POLICY

Memberships include one colonic session per month, with unused sessions not rolling over. Missed sessions may be redeemed within 7 days at 50% off current rate. After 7 days, unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred. All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Aqua Bliss Colonics, appointments are secured with a credit card. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, as last-minute changes prevent other clients from booking. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the value. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our locally-owned small business.
